Shipping

Kidscompany has its own delivery service within Metro Manila. For orders outside of Metro Manila, our partner couriers are LBC, AP Cargo, and RGI delivery. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Allow 3-5 working days for delivery in Metro Manila and 7-10 working days for provincial areas after payment confirmation. Orders made after 4:00PM will be processed on the next working day.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

 

Payment Options

Cash on Delivery

For security purposes, only orders worth 10,000 and below can use cash on delivery as a payment method. OR the amount in excess to P10,000 must be pre-paid before we process the order. 
 
We do not allow order cancellations for orders via cash on delivery after 24 hours after an order has been placed.  A customer who has cancelled a Cash on Delivery order will be charged a cancellation fee of P500.   
 
Orders to be paid via Cash on Delivery will be delivered via RGI Delivery, Ninja Van or LBC.
 
We request that the exact amount is prepared when you receive our delivery.
 

 

Kidscompany reserves the right to require payments in advance via bank deposit, credit card, Paypal, GCash, or Dragonpay for certain orders with locations outside of Metro Manila

Kidscompany PH accepts deposits via BDO or BPI, GCash, all major Mastercard or VISA credit cards that have been locally issued for our online transactions. Unfortunately, we do not accept payments from foreign-issued cards.

Failure to send proof of payment or updates within 30 days of issuance of invoice, the order will be cancelled automatically and will no longer be processed.

 

Technical Issues: Incorrect Pricing and Stock Availability.

There may be instances where the stated price or quantity of an item is incorrect due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to correct the pricing online, validate the pricing applied to your order, and/or cancel the order if there is no stock available. We’ll send you an email of the price discrepancy via email or Contact you via phone call to alert you of this kind of situation. At this point, we shall give you the option to cancel or to proceed with the order based on the updated pricing and/or stock availability.
