How do I order from your website?

Just select the item/s from our wide array of products, add them to the shopping cart, review your purchase at the Cart page, proceed to Checkout, provide your billing and shipping information, settle your billable amount using any of our multiple payment options, and place your final order.

What are the modes of payment available?

We accept credit card payments thru Paypal, cash deposit thru BPI, BDO, or any of the other payment methods offered by Dragonpay.

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee varies from your location and the total volumetric weight (length x width x height) of your order. Click HERE for the shipping rates.

When will my order be delivered?

If you're located in Metro Manila, expect your order to be delivered in 2-3 business days. For orders to be delivered outside of Metro Manila, delivery takes usually from 3-10 business days.

What is a dented box sale?

A dented box sale is markdown sale of items with distressed packaging due to long-term storage and warehouse pullouts. The boxes may be potentially dusty or have slight issues such as scratches incurred over time. However, the contents inside are complete and undamaged, unless explicitly stated.

How can I avail of special offers / sales?

How can I check the status of my order?

To get updates on your order, you may send an email to customercare@kidscompany.com.ph and provide your Order Number (it usually begins RPO followed by numbers). You may also reply directly to the confirmation e-mail sent to your billing information. Our team  can be reached via phone call at (02) 442-07-01 local 616, Mondays to Fridays (8am-6pm) and Saturdays (8am-3pm).
