PERSONAL DISCOUNT
All members will enjoy a 15% discount on regular-priced items, 10% off on new arrivals, and 5% discount on sale items -- for 1 year!

1. Where can I get my discount codes?
Members will receive their coupon codes along with the welcome kit upon validation of the application. The rules are as follows:
15% off - Regular-priced items excluding Nuna, Masters of the Universe, and New Arrivals and Preorders.
10% off - New Arrivals and Preorders excluding Nuna and Masters of the Universe.
5% off - Sale items with a maximum discount of 30% off.
2. Can I use my 15% or 10% discount on sale items?
A separate discount of 5% for sale items (with a max discount of 30% off) will be given to the member.
3.How many times can I use the discount?
A member has no limit on the number of times he/she can use the discount on our website on his/her 1-year membership.
4. Can someone else use my code?
Only members are allowed to use their personal discount code and has to be logged in on our website upon purchase for it to work.
5.Can I use my code along with other KidsCo promos?
Only 1 discount code is valid per order.

BIRTH MONTH FREEBIE

1. I don't have a child. Can I nominate my pamangkin instead?
Any kid below 10 y/o can be nominated for the birth month freebie.
2. I have three boys below 10y/o. Do they all get the freebie?
We will only allow 1 child per member for the birth month freebie.
3. How will my little one qualify for the freebie?
The freebie can be redeemed on the birth month of the child. Just fill out the freebie redemption form within the birth month so our team can prepare the gift.
4. Will the freebie be shipped?
Shipping fee is shouldered by the member or the member can opt to Pick-up the item in our warehouse or have it Shipped along his/her order.
5. How many times will my child receive a freebie?
Freebie for the birth month can be redeemed up to 2 times (1 time per year for 2 years).

1. Where can I know the promo for the month?
All promos will be announced via email blast.
